Pizzeria Salento in Erkrath

A special kind of experience in these already difficult times .. Otherwise this restaurant was always closed, no matter what time I went by, and a few days ago in the evening it was open. I saw two young women ginter the counter and three people in the dining room, so I waited because the rooms are not the largest anyway and it would have been difficult to get away. After what felt like 15 minutes, nothing happened and I opened the door cautiously and asked if I would get something, which was answered in the affirmative and I should come in to place my order. I stepped in and tried to keep the distance because one of the supposed guests spoke to me seriously and said that I had to leave the location and wait outside. Nobody raised an objection, so I went back out. The person who spoke to me was still speaking to the other two people and made no move to hurry so that I could re-enter the location. When I was back inside, I asked the two women if that was the boss, which was denied, I was told that the younger of the two women was the boss. I waited in vain for an explanation of the sitiation. Dear people, this is not how gastronomy works, but it doesn't matter, my ears won't see me again anyway! That is the worst snack, is the better way of describing it, in all of Erkrath! I just wonder how they can survive with such recessions? The food was ok, but it didn’t blow it off, I would say, it doesn’t matter, but the taste is simply bombastic.

We meet once a month at a friend's house in Erkrath and order something to eat after our game night. This time it was Pizzeria Salento, we ordered pizza pasta salad all criss-cross, went relatively quickly for so many people. The driver was very friendly. Quality very good and after the change in the kitchen you can eat pasta and everything else very well. We are now ordering more often again.

I ordered 6 pizzas yesterday, 4 pasta dishes and 3 salads. I ordered 18:50. I was told that the order would arrive at 8pm. and i got it 19:39. So it doesn't really go faster, everything was still very warm and tasty because you give the driver a good tip. :) always happy to order there.

Pizza was burnt but then I got new ones with a free drink of 1.5l cola so I gave 5 stars because a nice gesture.

You only get half of what you order. Certainly 30 min late + the food was cold. Not recommended to anyone !!!!

We ordered there regularly, unfortunately it was the last time today. We waited forever to get a cold pizza, some things were missing on the pizza, one was burned. Well, it's a shame ... they used to be very good. Not recommended anymore.

Supposedly one hour delivery time when ordering. The order came after three telephone inquiries and 2.5 hours waiting. Obviously, the untruth was also said: According to the demand, a driver was already on the road, could not find the address, and a local driver was now on the road with the delivery. The driver later said that he was the only driver today and that it was his first day at work ... To make matters worse, the pizza was not particularly tasty, rather bland. Not recommendable!

Very dissatisfied - we had to wait twice as long as promised for delivery (2 hours), then we received the wrong one and a bruschetta consisting of sliced ​​pizza rolls. Once and never again.

Not recommendable. After I ordered from Liferando (Saturdays at 8 p.m.), I was called with the note that you can no longer make pasta but only pizzas. So I took a pizza. Delivery took almost an hour. The pizzas were ok but not good either. You save a lot on the surface here. The pizza rolls were the only good thing. Still, I won't eat here again. Too bad.
